Welcome to Pure Form WA. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Pure Form WA and the client for all quotations, invoices, services and works undertaken. By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, making payment on an invoice or allowing works to commence, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are designed to provide clarity around project scope, payment obligations, concrete performance expectations, warranty limitations, site responsibilities and liability protections. Concrete is a natural product and variations in appearance, texture, colour and minor cracking may occur as part of normal curing and environmental conditions. Pure Form WA takes all reasonable measures to deliver high quality workmanship in accordance with industry standards and applicable Australian legislation. We encourage all clients to carefully review these Terms and Conditions prior to accepting any quotation or works proceeding.
